Hence, Chanchal asks Prajapati for help. Prajapati decides to fake an affair with Chanchal, hoping that the goons would then stop harassing her. He also makes it clear that he’ll inform Aparna about the plan. But before Prajapati can divulge the truth, Aparna excitedly tells him that it was she who leaked the photo of Sunny and Chanchal. She further confesses that Gajraj has promised to help her open her own news channel if she finds out the identity of the burkha-clad lady. As a result, Prajapati is unable to tell his wife the truth. He lies to her and starts meeting Chanchal, with both pretending to have an affair. Sadly, this proves costly for Prajapati. What happens next forms the rest of the film.
