Kareena Kapoor Khan and Malaika Arora FLAUNT TONED ABS post pilates session
Kareena Kapoor Khan is a total workout junkie and she believes in holistic living and healthy eating too. She has found company in best friends Malaika Arora and Amrita Arora. One often sees the trio working out or sharing fitness tips with each other. While Sunday is all about cheating on your diets, Bebo hit the gym with vengeance with her BFF Malaika. The two do pilates at Namrata Purohit's studio and well satisfied with their day's work, they even clicked photos yesterday with their trainer! The three ladies twinned in black with matching sports bras and tights as they posed for the camera, flaunting their sexy midriffs and toned abs.

Namrata took to Instagram to share a couple of pics of the ladies and wrote, “Women in black we killed our workout together and we’re proud of it!!! Kareena's last film was Veere Di Wedding which did good business at the box office. She will be shooting for Karan Johar's next, Good News, with Akshay Kumar in December. Till then, she is spending some time with her baby boy Taimur Ali Khan. Meanwhile, her husband Saif Ali Khan is busy with his work commitments. It is great how Bebo manages her workout regime, films and family together. She is a true inspiration for all the working moms out there.
