B.O. update: Spidey weaves his web across India

The superb start of THE AMAZING SPIDER-MAN hasn’t come as a surprise. It was expected! The Hollywood film fetched a hurricane-like start across India, especially at

multiplexes, although the response at single screens wasn’t as euphoric. The business of the Hindi release, MAXIMUM, was affected largely due to the SPIDER-MAN wave.

Its business will have to show a major escalation over the weekend if it has to leave a mark.
