B.O. update: ‘Heroine’ opens to mixed response

Madhur Bhandarkar's much awaited HEROINE opened to a mixed response across the nation today. The opening, generally, was in 40% to 60% range. At some places,

the multiplexes were better, while the single screens were leading at some mass-dominated centres. The evening and night shows hold the key, although the business in

Mumbai/Maharashtra will be affected today due to Ganeshotsav festivities.

HEROINE has had a wide release, which should help the film put up decent numbers over the weekend.
