Box Office: Salman Khan’s Kick Vs his previous releases
Salman Khan's latest release Kick, which released yesterday to packed houses, has become the second Highest Opening Day Grosser till date. With the film doing well at the box office, we decided to take a closer look at its business.
In this Box Office analysis, we take a look at the Opening Day collections of Kick as compared to Salman Khan's previous releases. The vigorously promoted and highly anticipated Kick has fared much better than some of Salman's other films. Collecting Rs. 26.50 crores on its Opening Day, the film has become Salman's second Highest Opening Day grosser after the Katrina Kaif starrer Ek Tha Tiger beating his previous releases like Jai Ho that collected Rs. 17.55 crores, Dabangg 2 that collected Rs. 21.10 cores and others.
With the film enjoying a clear run for two weeks, what's left to be seen is whether it will break records of Salman's previous releases.
